In Collaboration with Chriswentmia, this video accompanies one of many singles released by Happy Dranker throughout late 2025 and early 2026. Fully edited by myself from raw footage to final product, the goal was to emulate the dark and jittery sound out of Philadelphia that’s rightly disrupting the current hip-hop Underground.
While in NYC during Febuary of this year I met up with Swank to shoot at an apartment in Brooklyn. After running into freinds and urging them to join, we were able to create an environment that I felt reflected the “in your face” energy of the track. That feeling was exaggerated further by using fast transitions and speed graphs in post.
During Lil Sccrt’s visit to Philadelphia earlier this year, we spent two nights beginning at the Air Bnb then traveling to studios, plus a show where he co-headlined. This video aimed to encapsulate his time spent in the City while being part of a small entourage alongisde other notable artists and producers.
